How These Work

Sessions run 90 minutes to full-day, depending on depth needed. All workshops are active, with structured exercises, case analysis, real scenarios from participants. Not death by PowerPoint.

I ground everything in research but translate it into plain language. You’ll learn the psychology, but you won’t feel like you’re in grad school.

Every workshop is customized. I interview key stakeholders beforehand to understand your specific context, then design content that addresses your actual dynamics.
