Quade draws on over a decade of experience in higher education, having also served as a senior administrator, and internal consultant at a large, private university. He has provided guidance to over 75+ leaders, served on enterprise-wide working groups, provided over 120 presentations, talks, and keynote addresses, and led over 15 enterprise-wide evaluations on organizational culture.

Quade is also a licensed clinical psychologist, which allows him to leverage his expertise in areas of interpersonal conflict and complex group dynamics to help leaders see through the smoke to identify the real, yet elusive problems that must be addressed, and find concrete, meaningful solutions to any problem.
